Eric Henderson (he/him) is a skilled policy advocate with experience in local and state policy advocacy, budget advocacy, and community organizing, with a demonstrated track record of working with diverse stakeholders to design, advance, and implement policies that improve lives.

Before starting his firm, Eric worked for ACLU California Action, Initiate Justice, and the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
